1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using B2ALABS services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
B2ALABS provides an AI Gateway platform that routes, manages, and optimizes requests to large language model providers. Our services include API management, security features, observability tools, and cost optimization capabilities.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
- Abuse or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Use the service to generate illegal or harmful content
5. Fees and Payment
- Fees are based on your selected plan and usage
- Payment is due according to your billing cycle
- We may suspend service for non-payment after 15 days
- No refunds for partial months
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Free plan: No SLA guarantee
- Pro plan: 99.5% uptime target
- Enterprise plan: 99.99% uptime with SLA credits
Downtime excludes scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.
7. Intellectual Property
B2ALABS retains all rights to our platform, documentation, and materials. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a license to process your data to provide services.
8. Data and Privacy
- Your data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws
- We act as a data processor under GDPR where applicable
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations. Upon termination, you must cease using the service and may export your data within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B2ALABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the notice.
