This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for B2ALABS Technologies' ("B2ALABS," "we," "us," or "our") Services.
1. Subscription Plans
B2ALABS offers subscription plans on monthly and annual billing cycles:
- Growth Plan: For growing teams scaling their API infrastructure
- Enterprise Plan: For organizations with advanced security and scale needs
- Custom Plan: Tailored solutions for unique enterprise requirements
2. Free Trial
2.1 Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for eligible new customers. No credit card is required to start a trial.
2.2 Trial Expiration
At the end of the trial period:
- You will be prompted to select a paid plan to continue using the Services
- If you do not subscribe, your account access will be limited
- Trial data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account dashboard
- Navigating to Settings → Subscription
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription" and confirming your choice

3.2 Effect of Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days
Annual Subscriptions:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the annual term
- Refunds for unused months may be available (see Section 4)
3.3 Data After Cancellation
After cancellation:
- You will have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
- We recommend exporting your configurations before cancellation
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for partial months. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Within 30 Days: Full refund available if you cancel within 30 days of purchase
- After 30 Days: Pro-rata refund may be available at our discretion for unused months, minus any applicable fees
- Promotional Pricing: Refunds for discounted annual plans are calculated based on the discounted amount paid
4.3 Enterprise and Custom Plans
Refunds for Enterprise and Custom plans are governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Please contact your account manager or enterprise@b2alabs.com for details.
4.4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Professional services (implementation, training, consulting)
- One-time setup fees
- Overages and usage-based charges already incurred
- Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email billing@b2alabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- Our team will respond within 3 business days
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your statement
- Wire transfer refunds may incur bank processing fees
7. Plan Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your plan instead of canceling:
- Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for the difference in plan costs
- Features not included in the lower plan will become unavailable
8. Plan Upgrades
When upgrading your plan:
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
- New features are available immediately upon upgrade
- Your billing date remains unchanged
9. Service Credits
Service credits for downtime (per our SLA) are:
- Applied as credits to your next billing cycle
- Not redeemable for cash refunds
- Must be claimed within 30 days of the incident
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection proceedings.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
